Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Swabzy issues refunds for paid subscriptions. Free features are not covered because no payment is taken. Customers of a business (people saving loyalty cards) do not pay Swabzy; any refund of a purchase you made at a shop is handled by that shop directly.
1. Subscription billing
Paid business plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Paddle, and renew automatically until cancelled. The price and billing cycle in effect at the time of purchase apply for the current term.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you upgrade to a paid plan for the first time and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the first paid charge. To qualify, contact us within that window and stop actively using the paid features. Repeat upgrades to the same plan are not eligible.
3. Cancellations
- You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid features until then.
- We do not automatically prorate refunds for unused time on monthly plans.
- For annual plans, if you cancel within the first 14 days you may request a full refund under Section 2; after that, the annual term runs to its end.
4. Renewals
We do not refund charges for renewals that were not cancelled before the renewal date, unless required by mandatory local consumer-protection law. If you notice an unwanted renewal, contact us promptly — we review reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis.
5. Service issues
If a bug or extended outage prevented you from using a paid feature you were entitled to, contact us with details and we will issue a fair credit or refund for the affected period.
6. Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended until the dispute is closed.
7. How to request a refund
Email billing@swabzy.com from the account owner's address with your business name and the approximate charge date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.
