What is a digital loyalty stamp card?+
It's the app-free version of the classic paper punch card. Scan a shop's QR to save the card to your Swabzy wallet, collect a stamp each visit, and redeem the reward when the card is full.
Do I need to install an app?+
No. Swabzy runs in your browser. Save the card once and it stays in your wallet on any device you sign in on.
Is my data safe? Will I get spam?+
We never sell your data and there are no marketing blasts. Shops only see aggregate visit info and the name/phone you choose to share.
What if I lose my phone or clear my browser?+
Your wallet is tied to your Swabzy account, not the device. Sign in on any browser and every card and stamp is right where you left it.
Can a stamp be added without me being at the shop?+
No. Stamps require a one-time QR or code generated at the counter, so you only get credit for real visits.
Do stamps or rewards expire?+
Only if the shop sets a validity window on their card (for example 30 days). You'll see a 'Valid until' date on the card in your wallet.
